The recent release of the second volume of The Witcher Season 3 episodes on July 27 has contributed significantly to its success, accumulating an impressive 7.8 million views. The Witcher Season 4 Will Feature Liam Hemsworth as Geralt of Rivia

The latest season of The Witcher, based on the fantasy novels by Polish writer Andrzej Sapkowski, continues to follow the thrilling adventures of the legendary monster hunter. While the Netflix series earned mixed reviews during its run, it has cultivated a dedicated fan following, primarily due to Henry Cavill's exceptional portrayal of Geralt of Rivia.

Despite his popularity as Geralt, Season 3 marks Cavill's final appearance in the series. The Witcher Season 4 will see Liam Hemsworth step into the role, a decision that left many fans disappointed. As a result, executive producers Steve Gaub and Tomek Baginski assured viewers that the transition from Cavill to Hemsworth as Geralt will be smooth and well-executed.

The Witcher star Anya Chalotra says she isn't worried about Hemsworth replacing Cavill as Geralt of Rivia. "He's going to be brilliant. I really think so. I mean, we've spent five years going on this journey together, and I'm so excited for Henry," the actor who portrays Yennefer of Vengerberg in the series said. "At some point, that had to come to an end, his portrayal of Geralt, and that's been incredible. We've had such a wonderful time with him. But also bringing in new people to this journey we're on is so exciting at this stage."

The Witcher Seasons 1 through 3 are streaming on Netflix.
